Beam Moo Up

Description

The galactic commanders demand beef!
Use your trusty tractor beam to abduct all the cows on earth.
Watch out for those pesky earthlings and their even peskier bullets!

Arrows keys or W,A,S,D to move.

Space bar to activate tractor beam.

Bullet Hell Jam 2023

The theme of the bullet hell jam for 2023 was "Limited".
I have tried to incorporate this in two ways.

Personal interpretation

This game has been built with no frameworks or libraries. It is limited to using just the canvas api.

There are no visual assets or sprites in this game. All graphics are rendered using paths.

In game interpretation

The in game implementation of the theme is based around the player's movement. When the player is beaming up a cow, they cannot move.
